1. Services

BTS Innovations, LLC provides mobile application development services including design, development, App Store submission, and marketing support. All services are subject to individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their custom-built applications, including source code, designs, and assets. BTS Innovations retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

3. Limitation of Liability

BTS Innovations, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
